La cantina era il laboratorio didattico degli allievi della Scuola Enologica, diventata poi Istituto Agrario e Turistico \u2013 Alberghiero e tuttora mantiene uno stretto legame con l\u2019attivit\u00e0 di insegnamento.<br \/>\nUn ideale connubio tra formazione, professione ed esperienza reso possibile anche dalle sofisticate attrezzature e moderne tecniche di vinificazione.
