\u00c8 un drink che ha le caratteristiche del\u00a0Punch Caraibico<\/strong>, con ingredienti come il Jamaican Rum e il Pimento, tipici di Montego Bay. La nota di chiodo di garofano rimanda invece ai Vin Brul\u00e8e della tradizione piemontese, nel complesso \u00e8 un drink fresco e dissetante, in cui il\u00a0Barbera della Collina Torinese<\/strong>, con le sue sensazioni di violetta e frutti rossi, conclude l\u2019opera.<\/p>\n

Ingredienti<\/strong><\/h2>\n

5 cl vino Collina Torinese Barbera DOC<\/strong>
5 cl Appleton Signature Blend Jamaican Rum
2cl DOPPIO KUMMEL ANSELMO
3 cl sciroppo di vermouth al pimento e chiodi di garofano
2 cl spremuta di limone
3 cl. succo di mela<\/p>\n

Versare gli ingredienti nello shaker ben freddo e colmo di ghiaccio.<\/p>\n

Agitare energicamente e filtrare su ghiaccio nuovo in collins glass. Decorare con un fettine di mela disidratata, germoglio di menta ed una spolverata di noce moscata.<\/p>\n

Michele Marzella
<\/strong>Si avvicina al mondo del bar a 17 anni, nella sua citt\u00e0 natale Pinerolo dove comincia a miscelare i primi aperitivi e segue il suo primo corso di american bartening presso la scuola torinese del Mago di Oz.
A vent’anni guida il cocktail bar “Terrazza Ramazzotti<\/strong>” sulla Promenade di Porto Cervo, dove matura la giusta esperienza per dirigere il Diwan Caf\u00e8, storico locale di San Salvario, di cui gestisce il bancone per i cinque anni successivi, seguendo corsi di approfondimento, bar management e vino presso l’AIS di Torino.
Nel 2015 contribuisce all’apertura del locale Affini, piccolo cocktail e tapas bar specializzato in miscelazione con Vermouth e Gin in San Salvario a Torino, di cui \u00e8 attualmente bar manager.
Dopo numerose collaborazioni con Eataly<\/strong>, approda recentemente a New York per partecipare alla costruzione della cocktail list del Vermut Bar del ristorante Manzo.<\/p>\n
