Un vigneto, regalato dai genitori, nel 2000 \u00e8 stato il punto di partenza per produrre vini che valorizzassero il nobile vitigno a bacca bianca Erbaluce investendo, in controtendenza rispetto ad altre realt\u00e0, tempo e risorse anche sui vitigni a bacca rossa meno conosciuti ma da sempre presenti in zona.Una filosofia che nasce dal desiderio di dare un&#8217;anima ai suoi vini: un&#8217;impronta figlia del vitigno, del territorio, del clima e del vignaiolo. Il giovane viticoltore sostiene che \u201ctroppo spesso, per inseguire le chimere dei tempi moderni, abbiamo dimenticato quanto facevano i nostri vecchi che avevano la sapienza di aspettare e intervenire solo se necessario e in totale accordo con la natura\u201d.
