Un lavoro esclusivamente manuale, ereditato da Pierino dagli antenati e trasferito al genero Franck Thollet. Con l\u2019ausilio degli enologi producono vini dalla personalit\u00e0 spiccata e dai tannini generosi che nascono nelle aree considerate tra le pi\u00f9 alte del Piemonte e d\u2019Europa e le pi\u00f9 ardue da coltivare.
